Your site is very good, everything is clear. I did not use the free phone but it's clearly a plus point. The email response was quick and the person who replied had a perfect knowledge of the product. Very friendly and nice. Yes, we were reassured because Villas du Monde were straightforward and honest.) and the person who was looking after us was very likable and kind.

Website very good and have used several times. Very happy with the content and descriptions which have from experience been accurate.
I do not know what the " green free phone" is - so cannot comment.

The information I received re contacting the owner for access to the property was not entirely accurate. The owners phone number was not correct and fortunately I had to contact in advance and needed to call the local agent who gave me the correct details. In addition, the accommodation voucher said 300 Euro deposit (actually it was 400Euros- but when I checked, it did actually say this in the original advert.

Website is very good - pictures are accurate for property (the one we visited, anyway!) and we found what we wanted (villa near beach in quiet resort in Brittany with private pool) easily. There was a good selection of villas and the information was good to support selecting the right one.

The site is very well done, the information provided as well. I have one complaint: it was not clear that there was a security deposit in cash payable on arrival at the villa!

Sorry but I fully share the views registered on your site the house was not dirty, and bedding are good quality, for against everything else is true, no dishwasher as per the descriptive, the house having suffered significant water damage (I took pictures) not enough equipment, I had to buy a lot of things to be able to spend 15 days correctly, the showers are so narrow that not enter ..thankfully there was a bathroom with bath ..the nuisances and barking is unbearable, daily.
The environment is awful, old no ground wooded fencing clôturé..et icing on the cake just the owner every morning without scheduled time, without warning abundantly watered tiles and pool .. so what if you are out of bed shortly dressed or taking your breakfast obviously I can prove everything I say (photos is supported) I suggest you kiss the price of this villa or change the description ..

Fine, just pay attention to validate the correct contact information for contacts on site.
