Cancellation insurance
You must have your holiday insurance with you when you rent one of the houses we offer. This holiday extension is, as a general rule, included in your civil liability contract.
You may be asked for it at any time during the rental contract: it is compulsory if you do not take out our insurance, the conditions of which are set out below. Remember to bring your certificate with you during your stay.
It is directly with our broker, the Albinet firm, that you will be able to take out your insurance contract for your holiday rental. You will be able to choose between two insurance contracts that we have negotiated for you and allow you to go on holiday with peace of mind.
The first corresponds to 2.5% of the amount of your rental, it does not include accidental damage that may have occurred during your stay, the second corresponds to 3.5% of the amount of your rent, it includes the reimbursement of accidental domestic damage during your stay.
