In each foreign country you have local assistance available, we provide support everywhere you rent a property

• In France : for your holiday rental villa in Brittany, your holiday rental villa in Cote d'Azur, a villa in Corsica, a holiday in a country house in Provence....your holiday rental house in Dordogne, in the Lot, in the south west, from Lacanau to Biarritz...
• In Spain : a local agent in Andalucia, on the Costa Brava, del Sol, and most particularly when you rent a villa in Javea on the Costa Blanca where you will have a personal reception from our sister company.
• In Portugal : from the Costa Verde to the Algarve, local assistance is available during your holiday. We have worked with our local agent for over ten years, they know all the villas, which are visited and carefully checked each year.
• In Italy : be it in Sicily, in Tuscany, in Lazio or in Umbria our local assistance is good and reliable ; we have worked with our four local agents in Italy for a number of years and all the villas are inspected regularly.
• Also note that in Bali, the Dominican Republic and Croatia, we have visited the villas offered on our website.

In summary we work directly with owners and agents, all the holiday properties are visited and checked by people we know, who have worked with us for many years. Add to that the regular inspection visits made each year by our staff. Our descriptions are as precise and factual as possible, without compromise. Our photographs are as representative as possible, often our clients comment on how nicely surprised they are when they arrive on holiday, the reality surpassing their expectations. We take on holiday properties which have no troublesome aspects. Very occasionally for a good reason there may be a small exception and then we are clear to point out what the situation is.

Finally before confirming your reservation we will double check the availability with the owners.

The main one ; the house doesn't exist (oh yes it happens more than you might think) when you book on a website where nothing is checked, or certified, where particularly in Javea the villa you thought you booked direct with the owner is inexistant when you turn up!
Incorrect descriptions ; where the property described as being on the beach turns out to be five kilometres away, or the villa with private pool turns out being shared with ten others, or the house depicted as being nice and peaceful turns out to be situated between a motorway and a train line, or the villa supposedly air conditioned isn't...

We have someone who's task it is to update the availability of our properties regularly. It is impossible to maintain it completely up to date but rest assured we put great emphasis on endeavouring to do so.
