About this holiday rental

Attractive, air-conditioned villa with pool, garden and views of the harbour. Located just a few minutes walk from the sea and centre of the village of Sumartin situated on the south-east coast of the island of Brac. We can organise airport transfers to the villa and there are quick ferry services to the mainland from Sumartin to Makarska or from Supetar (around half an hours drive) to Split.

The second floor has a large double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) with double sofa bed and television.

The first floor has a double bedroom (180cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en-suite shower room with toilet. Separate toilet.

The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining room with satellite television, hi-fi and Internet connection. Smart open-plan kitchen and a separate toilet. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Access to terrace and pool area.

This traditional Dalmatian style villa has a nice modern feel to it, light, airy and practically furnished, it is well suited to a beachside holiday.

The part walled garden is pretty and the views from the pool terrace are fantastic. There are lawned areas and a covered terrace for outdoor dining.

From the garden, you walk directly to the harbour area where there are shops, cafes and restaurants. By the village church, there is a monastery which is now a museum. You can swim in the harbour area and the shingle beach is around 1km.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided, changed once a week. Final clean included as long as house left in good order (80€ charge if extra cleaning required). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 300€ payable locally by card. House heating. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot and high chair available on request.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
