In the heart of the Ardèche which is renowned for its unspoilt countryside and spectacular limestone gorges, this air-conditioned villa with private pool (which can be heated) is within walking distance of the river which has a sandy beach on the bank. Set on a private domain with free access to tennis courts.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, partial air conditioning, wifi.

The ground floor has a comfortably furnished living and dining room opens to a covered patio terrace where you can eat outside overlooking the garden. Open plan fully equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave etc.). Master double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Bathroom with toilet.

The upper floor has two air-conditioned twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and a shower room with toilet. The balcony terrace allows you to admire the splendid surrounding countryside.

The good sized garden with lawn covers 2000 m² and has a nine-metre-long swimming pool which has optional heating for a supplement as well as an electric retractable cover which is ideal for the safety of small children. There are plenty of loungers for relaxing and enjoying the weather which is so often warm and sunny in this part of the south of France and on the other hand you have naturally shaded areas too if you just want to read. Parking space for a number of cars.

The swimming pool, tennis courts and 'boules' area are free facilities for use of the residents and holidaymakers staying in the houses on the domain.
