Near the Ardèche gorge just 500 metres from the river, set on a private domain surrounded by vineyards and limestone hills this attractive house with pool is perfect for a family holiday with plenty of outdoor activities available including shared tennis courts on site.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The ground floor has a comfortable spacious living and dining room with television and DVD player, which opens via patio doors onto a covered terrace equipped for dining outdoors. Fully equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer etc.). Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.

The upper floor has two large double bedrooms and a shower room and toilet. There is a balcony which offers fabulous views of the countryside.

The garden covers 1000 m² and has a flat lawn along with a seven-metre-long swimming pool with steps for easy access. There are four sun loungers for relaxing poolside and a nice shady area where you can enjoy a book or magazine. You have room for several cars on the grounds.

At no extra cost, you can also use the tennis courts and the big shared pool with paddling area as well as the 'boules' area.

Canoe rental 8 km. Restaurant 1 km. Supermarket 3 km. Vallon Pont d'Arc 6 km. Avignon 80 km. Arles 120 km. The Pont d'Arc Cavern show cave nearby is well worth a visit for a fascinating day out. Nimes airport 103 km. Marseilles airport 158 km.
