With a private pool which can be heated if required set in a very pleasant garden, this attractive villa offers comfortable holiday accommodation and access to a host of activities based around the Ardèche river which is just 500 metres walk. Set on private domain residents have free use of the tennis courts and communal pool.

Villa accommodation covering 150 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with television which opens onto a covered patio terrace with outdoor dining furniture. Open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven etc.). There are four twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each, all can push together to form doubles if required) all with fans. There are a shower room and a bathroom.

The interior is light airy and tasteful decorated and furnished whilst the upper floor offer particularly nice views of the surrounding hills. We also offer the villa next door which can be useful if you have a large group.

The well-proportioned grounds cover 1500 m² with plenty of lawn and a nine-metre-long swimming pool which can be heated for a supplement. There are loungers for relaxing in the sun and the large terrace is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors especially on balmy summer evenings. There is plenty of parking space.

The private domain offers additional advantages for adults and children alike, there is a large communal pool with paddling area, tennis courts and a 'boules' area.
