Situated near the fishing village of Scopello on the north-west coast of Sicily this charming holiday villa with private pool has splendid views of the surrounding hills.
Villa accommodation all on one level covering 90 m² for 5 people, 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, air conditioning, wifi.
The house has a living and dining room which opens onto the covered patio terrace which has garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining. Open plan kitchen (fully equipped but no dishwasher). Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can push together to form a double if required). Single bedroom and a shower room with toilet.
The villa FLAVIA has air conditioning throughout, the interior has tasteful Sicilian style decor and comfortable furnishings. There is the possibility to add a put you up bed for a supplement.
The beautiful grounds are well laid out and cover 1000 m² and the centrepiece is the near six-metre long swimming pool with steps for easy access. There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing and very pleasant lighting for the evening. You can park several cars within.
The extra special feature of this property is the view.
