About this holiday rental

Charming holiday villa with a fenced pool and garden, which sleeps up to fourteen people. Located in Las Nogales in Andalusia in Spain, 45km from the beach and Malaga. Shops and restaurants in La Joya 1.5km. Antiquera 16km. Granada 116km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms. Bathroom and a shower room.

The ground floor has two living and dining rooms, each with fireplace and satellite television. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need for self-catering. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds).

The interior decor is modern yet in keeping with the traditional style of the house. Furnishing is comfortable and everything is in very good order. There is a high chair for an infant.

The garden is very pleasant, the pool is fenced and gated so you can relax if you have small children. There are lawns and plenty of garden furniture so you can dine outdoors and enjoy a barbeque or recline and enjoy the sun. Mature bushes and plants are pleasing on the eye and the views of the surrounding countryside and hills superb.

There is plenty on offer in the area including tennis, riding, fishing and walking especially in the Torcal natural park located 13km to the south. You can visit spectacular gorges and discover the rich history of Andalucia.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly along with weekly clean (for holidays of more than one week). Final clean. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit -100€ cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (9€ per hour), babysitting and cooking. Wood for the fire 5€ for approximately 25kg. The villa must be left in good order.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
