Attractive 90 m2 duplex apartment with sea views, partly air-conditioned, in Javea on the Costa Blanca.

Port beach and shops just 250 m away and 3 km from the large arenal beach.

This two-storey duplex apartment comprises an entrance hall with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area that opens onto the living room, which in turn opens onto a covered terrace with table and chairs, an ideal place to enjoy meals outside, a bedroom with a trundle bed and an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, as well as a shower room. The upper floor has an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a large terrace with lovely sea views.

Outside there is a communal swimming pool and private covered parking in the residence. In our opinion, this is a very pleasant holiday rental ideally placed for discovering Javea, within easy reach of all the shops (bar, restaurants, supermarket) and the harbour beach.

The price includes : Fully equipped accommodation; water, gas and electricity (except heating); garden and pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Deposit of 500 euros non-cashable to be left at our agency: credit card imprint mandatory or cash.
The following services must be paid on arrival in cash:

- Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 110 euros to be paid on site.
- Air conditioning: fixed price of 50 euros per week, unless otherwise specified.

Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before arrival):
- Linen: beds made up on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby cot (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), internet key (45 euros), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)...

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
