Rome Ciampino airport 10km, Rome Fiumicino airport 35km. The train station with quick, regular connection to Rome centre is approximately ten minutes drive.

The upper floor has an entrance hall, master double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with library and fireplace opening to a large terrace. Private bathroom with Jaccuzi bath and toilet.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit €600 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
