This fabulous villa has been recently restored, furnished and equipped in a very tasteful manner. In a wonderful setting directly overlooking the sea, this is an exceptional location for a holiday in Brittany. Local shops nearby along with sailing school, diving, riding, fishing, tennis and canoe kayak. Golf at Carantec and Pleumeur-bodou.

The third floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with rust décor and an incredible sea view. Bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds) with an almond colour decor. Shower room.

The second floor has parquet flooring, a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with African décor and a further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with grey décor. Single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed) with straw colour décor. All of the latter bedrooms have a washbasin and sea views. Full bathroom.

The first floor has a living room with fireplace and sea views. Dining room and an open-plan kitchen.

The ground floor has a living room with television and video player. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with sea views.

The large grounds incorporate natural vegetation and rocks, there is a beautiful wooden deck with garden furniture for outdoor dining and another for relaxing.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services. Garden maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit 470€ payable locally. Obligatory final clean 144€ payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
