This beautiful villa with private pool offers tasteful comfortable accommodation set on a delightful garden with a private pool and plenty of garden furniture for relaxing. Located just 500 metres from the river Ardéche on a private domain with tennis courts which you can use surrounded by unspoilt countryside with vineyards and limestone hills and gorges.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a high ceiling spacious living and dining room with attractive contemporary furnishings and television, it opens via patio doors to the covered patio and outdoor dining area. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with everything you need for self-catering (including dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer etc.). Double bedroom with patio doors giving direct access to the garden. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room and toilet.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom and toilet. Also on this floor is a balcony from where you can look out over the magnificent countryside.

The good sized garden is 1500 m² and along with the six-metre-long swimming pool, it has a flat lawn and a really nice patio area with comfortable garden furniture. There are loungers by the pool so you can top up your tan.

As well as tennis courts there is also a large shared swimming pool and 'boules' area on the domain.

Canoe hire 8 km. River beaches 5 minutes walk. Restaurant 1 km. Supermarket 2.8 km. Vallon Pont d'Arc 6 km. Do visit the amazing Pont d'Arc cavern if you get the chance. Orange 65 km. Avignon 80 km. Arles 120 km.
