This is a real haven, completely secluded, with direct access to the sea and just a short walk, 20 metres, along to a sandy beach. You can also stroll to the bread shop and the port 600 metres as well as a restaurant and sailing school 1 km. Supermarket 2 km. Quimper 25 km. There are beautiful views of the sea from many of the rooms in the recently renovated, south facing neo-Breton style house and the pretty garden is delightful.
The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160 cm wide bed). Further double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed). Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each). Shower room with toilet.
The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining room which enjoys splendid views of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen (with Vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...). Toilet and laundry room.
The house covers 150 m² of living space, it is nice and comfortable and up to date as it was fully renovated in 2015. The decor is charming, in keeping with the seaside setting.
The fully enclosed, secluded grounds cover 1750 m² and apart from the obvious advantage of a gateway directly leading to the rocks, sea and beach, there is also plenty of lawn space, mature trees offering natural shade and lots beautiful plants which thrive in the rich acid-base soil which is so typical of the area.
For a seaside holiday base, this is hard to beat and if you like you can pick up the ferry boat at Passage Lanriec to the Concarneau citadel, around 3 km.
