Modern villa with heated indoor pool, hot tub and garden located just 150 metres from the beach. Shops and restaurants 2km. Supermarket 7km. Landerneau 20km.
The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed). Further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and toilet.
The ground floor has a very comfortable living and dining area with home cinema, satellite television, CD and DVD players, plus internet access for 2012. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, induction hot plate, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer etc. Pool room with hot tub. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. The contemporary décor is in excellent order and very tasteful and there are sea views from the first floor. Each bedroom has a television.
The garden has a terrace and lawn.

The price does not include :
Refundable cash deposit €600 payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pet supplement 25€ (only one pet allowed). Arrival between 17.00 and 20.00.

Directions to the property were very good - until you actually got to the villa itself - could have been a little bit clearer which one it was and which turning it was from the main road....but we found it eventually (after knocking on the door of the villa next door for a while!). The property matched perfectly the descriptions and photos on the website - it was brilliant. The owner (and his brother) were both very friendly and welcoming and greeted us with a gift of Breton cider, cakes and biscuits, which were lovely! The quality of the villa was great - the pool was wonderful and the villa itself was a 3 minute walk away from an amazing beach. Absolutely deserted even in mid August - never more than 20 people on the entire beach. The villa was expensive for us for a week in Brittany as we are only a family of 4 but there were 4 bedrooms, so if you had more people, it would be very good value for money indeed. The villa, pool, location and service were all second to none - would strongly recommend this villa (and Villas Du Monde) for a brilliant (quiet) family holiday with amazing beaches, lighthouses (lots and lots!), lovely creperies and many beautiful towns and villages, all within easy driving distance. It took us around 45 minutes to drive from Brest airport, so is very accessible and easy to reach.
