The villa is composed of a beautiful American kitchen very well equipped (induction hob, American fridge, dishwasher, toaster, tassimo coffee machine, kettle, blinder), a large living room with a flat screen, home cinema, DVD player, wifi internet, air conditioning reservible, all overlooking the shaded terrace and the pool.

The night part is composed of 4 bedrooms:

One bedroom with a bed of 1,80m x 2,00m, air conditioning, private terrace, private bathroom with Italian shower, toilet.

One bedroom with 2 beds of 0,90m x 2,00m, air conditioning, French windows opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.

A second bedroom with 2 beds of 0,90m x 2,00m, air-conditioning available, French windows opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.

These two rooms share a common bathroom with Italian shower.

The last room with a bed of 1,60m x 2,00m, air conditioning, private bathroom with Italian shower

2 independent toilets.

The exterior consists of a shaded terrace in front of the living room, a private swimming pool of 4.00m x 9.00m and 1.10m deep secured by a roller shutter, overlooking a pretty landscaped garden and a petanque court.

The villa can accommodate from 1 to 8 people (4 bedrooms in total) and offers a magnificent view of the mountains.

The price does not include :

The breaking deposit of 2200 euros must be paid on arrival by cheque or credit card imprint.
The tourist tax is to be paid on arrival. 2.5 euros per person per day.
A weekly surface cleaning + linen change: 412€.
