About this holiday rental

In the heart of a village on the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, this 6-bedroom villa (5 in the main Villa + 1 in the Studio) with private covered and heated pool facing the sea and direct access to the beach, is ideal for vacations with friends or family.

On-site facilities include canoeing, paddle boarding and pétanque, all with views of Mont-Saint-Michel. The first floor comprises an entrance / vestibule, a living room with fireplace, a dining room with fireplace, a bow-window seating area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a scullery (washing machine, freezer, storeroom), not forgetting the heated indoor swimming pool*.

The ground-floor sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom and a shower room with toilet + an office. Upstairs: master suite with bath - Italian shower +WC, bedroom with 180x200 bed and dressing room, balcony with sea view, 12m2 terrace with sea view over Mont-Saint-Michel bay. Basement: cinema room, bar, billiards Available: darts, Flemish wooden games, Netflix/Spotify platforms, relaxation room with sofa adjoining the sauna, Sauna area, shower room + WC.

Outside: Pool terrace with another terrace overlooking the beach with views of Mont St Michel, Beach cellar: canoe, paddle, beach games, pétanque, Garden gate with direct beach access. NB: depending on tides and coefficients, the sea is sometimes a long way away. In the village: grocery store and restaurants 500m away, 50m from the house: petanque courts, beach bar, beach volleyball and Norman cabanons, Granville, fortified town: 25mn by car, Mont-Saint-Michel: 35mn by car, Port of Cancale: 1h by car.

*pool heating optional. (If you wish to have the pool heated, it is essential to inform the owner at least one week before your arrival, so that the pool can be brought up to temperature).
