Set amidst beautiful unspoilt countryside, rolling hills and limestone gorges, just five minutes walk from the Ardèche river which is famous for its canoe kayak descents and the iconic image of the Vallon Pont d'Arc stone arch, this villa with a heated private pool offers a memorable family holiday. Free access to tennis courts.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on two floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with a number of sofas open to the dining area as well as the covered patio. There is a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer etc.). Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can both push together to form double beds if required) a bathroom and separate toilet.

The upper floor also has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can both push together to form double beds if required). Shower room and separate toilet.

The interior has tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as well as fans in most rooms.

The good sized grounds cover 1500 m² and the nine-metre long swimming pool with electric security cover is heated to 25 degrees most of the season. Child-friendly with a flat lawn there is ample garden furniture for sunbathing and eating outdoors in the shade. There is parking space for two cars.

On a private domain holiday residents have free use of the tennis courts a large shared swimming pool with paddling pool and a 'boules' area.

Canoe hire 8 km. River beaches 5 minutes walk. Restaurant 1 km. Supermarket 2.8 km. Vallon Pont d'Arc 6 km. Do visit the amazing Pont d'Arc cavern if you get the chance. Orange 65 km. Avignon 80 km. Arles 120 km.
