The upper floor has 2 doubles  bedroom(180x 200 cm wide beds in each), shower room and separate toilet. Access to the sun terrace with fabulous sea views.

The ground floor has a large living room with television corner and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) shower room and separate toilet. Games room with table football. Pool room with sauna and Jacuzzi.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance during the week. The pool water maintained at 28-29 degrees, the pool room at 25 degrees also dehumidified, the spa Perle at 36 degrees.
