On the first floor, you will find three double rooms with a bed in 140 with a shower room, independent toilet and a room of home cinema.

The whole is particularly well cared for, of beautiful construction, vast and functional.

In the closed garden of about 2000 M2, with automatic gate, garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue, swimming pool of 38m2 heated and under cover, currently being finished.
