About this holiday rental

Typical Greek seaside villa with a good sized private swimming pool set in a lovely verdant garden just 80 metres walk from the beach. On the island of Evia also known as Eubée, there are beautiful views of the mountains and from the roof terrace, you can see the sea.

Villa accommodation for up to 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms, wifi internet, short walk to the sea.

The accommodation is on one level with some steps, enter the air-conditioned living and dining room with television and DVD player, which opens onto the pool area. Three steps up to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, electric hob) with kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer) and breakfast area. Double bedroom with doors to garden and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Another double bedroom with door to garden and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Children's bunk bedroom with door to garden poolside, shower room with toilet.

Steps down to a double bedroom which also has a baby cot and a large shower room with walk-in "Italian" shower and toilet.

The surroundings are nice and peaceful with the garden mainly screened by hedges and trees, there are a huge, beautiful lawn and a nice big pool with a diving board. There is plenty of garden furniture for eating outside and relaxing by the pool. Steps up to the roof terrace which has wonderful views of the sea, olive groves and mountains. There is a covered parking area for two cars and an electric garden gate.

The nearby town of Eretria has interesting archaeological sites as well as plenty of typical Greek tavernas, you can cycle there in ten minutes on the bicycles provided.

There is a reasonably priced car ferry running regularly between Eretria and Oropos on the mainland which takes about twenty minutes to cross. Oropos is 70 km from Athens airport. You can take the bridge at Chalkida (20 km) if you prefer in which case Athens airport is 120 km. Supermarket 2.5 km. Shops 2 km.
