In an unbeatable setting overlooking the beautiful Lake Trasimeno, this gorgeous country property offers the best of both worlds, the privacy of a large garden and your own big swimming with easy access to the vast lake, its waterside beaches and restaurants.

The villa accommodation covers 220 m² and is for 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms. Wifi internet, satellite television, mosquito blinds.

The upper floor is accessed by a covered outdoor stone staircase with loggia, made up of a sitting room with fireplace, sofas and TV, kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms with shower one of which with washing machine. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, access to a typical panoramic terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Double bedroom, double bedroom, twin bedroom. From the kitchen and the sitting room access to a large terrace (60 sqm) partly covered and equipped with table, chairs, sitting area in wicker furniture, swing seat and barbecue.

On each side of the house, on the first floor, there are two spacious patio terraces (one covered idea for eating, the other open and perfect for sunbathing) with views of the lake.

The villa has period furniture and offers a good level of comfort. There are 4 fans.

The house is surrounded by large grassed areas punctuated with ancient olive trees which offer charm and shade. There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing by the 12-metre long pool as well as eating outside, grilling a barbeque or even a game of table tennis.

The lakeside beach with water sports facilities including sailing and windsurfing is just a few minutes drive from the property.

The price does not include :

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).

Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
