The property consists of a main house and three outbuildings including :

Main house with double living room, dining room, kitchen with fireplace and service toilet; the main house offers a suite (suite "Ostuni") with bathroom and a second suite (suite "Ceglie") with bathroom complete with whirlpool tub and shower as well as a dedicated living room equipped with a double sofa bed.
Suite "Alberobello" (in trulli) including bathroom with walk-in shower and mini bar.
Suite "Cisternino" (ancient stable) including bathroom with italian shower and mini bar.
Suite "Locorotondo" (old stable) including bathroom with hydrojet shower and living area with double sofa bed and mini bar.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by about 2 hectares of woods, olive groves and orchard and a large natural swimming pool of about 100 m2, a 5-seat Jacuzzi, relaxation areas and a pergola with a large table and table soccer.
