Very nice location for this villa, facing the ocean and close to Santa Eulalia where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars, only 8/10 minutes walk from the beach da Oura and the beach dos Bicos, it is also a short distance from the lively nightlife (bars and restaurants) of Albufeira.

Set in a beautiful location on the cliffs above the beach

Built on a high point on the cliffs above the beach and with fantastic views over the ocean, it also has a beautiful garden with different areas where you can enjoy total privacy.

The villa can accommodate: 12 + 2 people, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, office and games room.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fantastic view of the garden, pool and sea. The living room has a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room overlooks the garden where you can swim in the pool, relax in the jacuzzi or enjoy an outdoor barbecue.

There are also two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor, accessed by a wooden staircase, has three double bedrooms, one with a fireplace and all with en-suite bathrooms with shower and bath. One bedroom has twin beds and a private bathroom. On the second floor, there is a small study and a large balcony. The villa also has a garage with space for two vehicles and a small games room with pool table.

When an event is organised at the villa (such as a wedding), the deposit is €5000.
Wedding fees are €3000 per wedding.
Optional extras to be booked on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 550 per week between April and October
- Heating: according to consumption
Guests wishing to use the pool heating must request it at least one week before arrival.

The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
