Superb luxury villa set in a lush tropical garden with a good-sized private pool which can be heated. Located in Quinta Verde which is one of the most desirable seaside destinations in Europe, on the road leading down to Quinta do Lago, just 3 km from the beach.
Villa accommodation covering 270 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.
The house has a spacious living and dining room with fireplace and television along with a fully equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher, oven etc.). Laundry room. Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each). A bathroom and three shower rooms. There is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms.
The interior is both refined and comfortable.
The beautiful grounds cover 1500 m² and there is a ten-metre-long swimming pool (which can be heated on option for a supplement of 600 euros per week) with a salt water filtration system and loungers for relaxing poolside. There is a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is parking space within the limits of the garden.
Restaurants 1 km, Shops 1 km. Golf 2 km. Beach 3 km. Faro airport 18 km.
