Situated 15 km from the centre of Lisbon in the village of Botequim, the villa Mina has a heated swimming pool and is ideal for a large group of friends or family.

Villa accommodation covering 250 m² on 3 floors for 20 people*, 9 bedrooms (with bed flexibility), 6 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, a selection of games for children including table football and billiards.

The ground floor has a large living and dining room and a big fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator etc.). Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can push together to form a double if required). Shower room and toilet.

The first floor has two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms with toilets. Bunk bedroom (2 x bunk beds). Three twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each) and a shower room with toilet. Large games room with billiards and table tennis, sofas and chairs, it opens onto a balcony.

The second floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each which can push together to form a double bed if required) and access to a roof terrace equipped with garden furniture. Shower room.

The villa is very spacious and there is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. All of the twin bedrooms can adapt to either two single beds or a double on request.

The grounds cover 1300 m² and there is a good-sized ten metre by ten-metre swimming pool (which can be heated on request for 20 euros per day) along with an outdoor dining area equipped for twenty people and sheltered by a retractable canopy. There are also twenty sun loungers and five sun umbrellas as well as a barbecue. For outdoor entertainment there is a volleyball net, two basketball nets and two small football nets as well as a shower and toilet. Parking space for four cars within the garden limits.

The nearest shops are within walking distance. Nearest sandy beach 3 km.

In Botequim there is a small supermarket, restaurants and cafes, bakers, chemist and a petrol station. There is a bus stop with ticket machine within walking distance of the villa (100 metres) and the bus goes to Lisbon centre which is 15 km. Stretching 30 km around Botequim there are some of Portugal’s most beautiful beaches, ranging from the surf beaches near the village of Costa da Caparica to the southern beaches which are practically deserted, it is a great area for water sports. Just 3 km from the villa there is a big sandy beach with seaside bars and restaurants specializing in fresh seafood, a number of which have large outdoor terraces where you can sit and enjoy the sunset and at night time they transform into discotheques and music bars.
