About this holiday rental

Villa with private 3 bedroom pool in Vilamoura, and a nice size garden, ideal for families with children. The area is very quiet, and the plot is fully enclosed and not overlooked. There is private parking inside for several cars.

Air conditioning in all rooms. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The configuration is as follows: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom; 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom; 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a shared bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen has the necessary furniture and appliances to make it practical and functional, all the essential accessories that should be part of a kitchen are here, such as: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, among others. The laundry room is next to the kitchen.

The dining room is right between the kitchen and the living room, with a glass wall that makes it very bright and allows a view of the outside. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. It is decorated in bright colours and has two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a footstool in front of a fireplace, ideal for cold winter days. A sliding door provides access to the outdoor dining area, the garden and the pool. Next to the lounge is an outdoor table with a glass top and six chairs, this area complements the brick and mortar gazebo which contains the charcoal barbecue and a fixed table and benches covered in traditional tiles.

This area is very cool and summery and without doubt one of the best features this house has. The pool is quite large with approximately 10 metres in length by 5 metres in width and between 1 metre deep by the steps to over 2 metres deep by the deep end. We provide pool heating 48 hours prior to arrival at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this service it may be declined. The grounds of this villa are fully enclosed, allowing children to play safely, and are not overlooked by neighbours either. There is parking for 2 or more cars within the grounds.
