Well located holiday home with private pool situated just 500 metres from a beautiful beach. The Villa Antoinette is set on a peaceful road in the centre of the village of Albir where there is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The charming village of Altea is 1.5km. Supermarket 1km. Tennis 2km. Golf 2km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Bathroom and a shower room. An additional folding bed can be added for a sixth person. Sun terrace (not suitable for small children).

The pool area is very pleasant and there is plenty of comfortable garden furniture.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit €600 payable locally by credit card slip. Obligatory final clean payable locally 230€. Electric fee: 121€/week.
