This pretty holiday villa in Javea with private infinity pool is located in the residential area of Cap Marti, very close to the shops and just 2.5 km from Arenal beach. The 160m2 single-storey house is built in the traditional architectural style of the region and comprises a light-filled living room (air-conditioned) with a fireplace that opens directly onto the L-shaped naya, elegantly decorated in the same style as the living room, via a bay window.

The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, ice-cube and ice-water dispenser, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and all the crockery you need, as well as a toaster, coffee maker and juicer. The outdoor kitchen has a gas barbecue. You can also use the barbecue (available) and relax in the garden furniture. Satellite TV, internet and wifi access, air conditioning in bedrooms and living room.

The sleeping area has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with double beds (new bedding), and the master bedroom is a suite with a private shower room. Another shower room completes the suite. The basement contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a small fitness room. A third bedroom is possible in the living room, with a double sofa bed that converts into a bed, is enclosed by a blind and has access to the outside through a French window.

The house is set in a total surface area of 900m2 with a beautiful lawned garden and a wide variety of plants and trees, some of which are enhanced by atmospheric night-time lighting, not forgetting the alarmed private infinity pool and numerous covered terraces. Plenty of garden furniture. Garage and private parking. Pets are welcome "subject to acceptance". (A safe is available free of charge on request).

The deposit of 800 euros is non-cashable and must be left with our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash.The following services must be paid for on arrival and in cash:
- Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 140 euros to be paid on site.
- Air conditioning: fixed price of 75 euros per week.
Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby cot (50 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay, on request).
