Covering an area of 210 m2, the villa comprises, on the upper floor, at street level, 2 suites (double bed and bathroom with shower in each), one of which has a terrace with sea views, 1 bedroom with a single bed and another with a trundle bed, another full bathroom with shower.

On the lower floor we find another suite (double bed and shower) with access to the terrace, a spacious living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).
Air conditioning available at extra cost.

Outdoor area with private swimming pool and jacuzzi, covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals with oven and barbecue.

The price includes :

Property provided in good condition and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and pool maintenance.
