The house has a light and airy fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.) which opens onto the patio terrace. Comfortably furnished pleasant living and dining room. Two double bedrooms and a shower room. Bunk bedroom (2 x 80 cm wide bunk beds), single bedroom (1 x 90 cm wide bed with pull out bed which is available as an extra on request) and a shower room.
Both floors of the villa GEBELLA have air conditioning.
The good sized well maintained attractive grounds have high hedges and a nine-metre-long swimming pool with steps for easy access as well as a useful outdoor shower. There are loungers for sunning yourself poolside and garden furniture for eating outdoors as well as a barbecue. You can park a number of cars within the limits of the garden.
The extra special feature of this property is the area of garden arranged so that you can eat outside and enjoy the views.
