About this holiday rental

Charming, small villa set in large grounds with a private pool and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Fully renovated maintaining traditional features including wooden beams and natural stone. Set in the same grounds is another similar small villa, reference CAS202, each has its own swimming pool and as they are set well apart both are peaceful and private. Located near shops in the village of Joya 1km. Beach 45km, Malaga 45km and Granada 116km.

The accommodation comprises a dining room with open-plan kitchen. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a bathroom.

Well equipped, basic and comfortable. Lawned, nicely planted garden which is nicely secluded.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Food pack provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit -100€ (or equivalent) cash paid locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (9€ per hour), babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
