A rare location on the sandy beach, right on the waterfront, as it is on the seafront, not far from Malaga, this designer holiday villa has been completely refurbished.

This spacious 250 m² villa comprises on the ground floor a large living room opening onto the sea through large bay windows, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.

The first floor comprises a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed with shower and washbasin, another bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. These last two bedrooms share a shower room. Separate toilet.

Outside, there is a terrace shaded by a sail, a barbecue, and a 300 m² garden opening onto the beach via a gate.

Excellent location just a few steps from restaurants and shops. Everything can be done on foot. Malaga is less than 15 km away with its international airport, which also serves the house by bus, with a stop a few hundred metres away.

Also ideal for exploring inland Andalusia, the white villages and Antequera, all within a 60 km radius.

To be paid on arrival: linen and final cleaning: €250.
Deposit of €1,000 to be paid on arrival.

Minimum rental in July and August is 7 nights, 5 nights the rest of the year.
