The villa of about 150 m2 is composed of a beautiful living room with satellite tv and a dining room, all of which opens onto the outside and an adjoining covered terrace and the swimming pool. On this level there is also the kitchen and the laundry room which opens onto a terrace.

The first floor of the villa consists of a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm, air-conditioned with bathroom and toilet en suite, a bedroom with 2 single beds and air-conditioning. The last bedroom has a double bed and a shower room, and there is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

Outside there is a 10x4 swimming pool with Roman steps, surrounded by garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful days under the generous sun of the Costa Blanca. The villa also has a fully equipped summer kitchen (sink, bbq, plancha) and an adjacent relaxation area. Parking for several cars inside the villa. The price does not include :

The deposit of 1000 euros-cb print.
Compulsory cleaning fee: 160 euros to be paid on site in cash
Air-conditioning : 75 euros per week.

Optional services :
- Linen: beds made on arrival - one large and one small towel per person - two tea towels. It is necessary to make the request before your arrival: 15 euros per person and per stay to be paid on the spot in cash.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay).
These supplements are to be paid on the spot in cash, on arrival at our office.
