Between Denia and Javea, in the municipality of Pedreguer, the villa enjoys a dominant and panoramic view of the surrounding countryside that stretches down to the sea.

Completely refurbished in recent months, after the entrance gate, the access is sloping down to the carport garage. There are only a few steps left to access the villa which is entirely on one level, with the swimming pool, the garden, the petanque court and the summer kitchen.

Large living room (large screen TV) and fully equipped open kitchen (nespresso, kettle...) with an island, opening onto a veranda sheltered from the sun, then the three bedrooms also on the same level. Double master bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet, the other two bedrooms, 2 single beds and a separable double bed, share the second shower room. The property is brand new, modern and pleasant to live in. Water decalcifier system ensures pure, light, lime-free water.
