About this holiday rental

House with private swimming pool and capacity for up to 12 people, located in a residential area of Blanes, not far from the beach and with beautiful views of the sea and Sant Joan castle.

This large house consists of a large living and dining room (TV), with access to the terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the castle of Sant Joan. On the same floor there is an independent kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), with access to a small room where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located. There are also 3 double bedrooms (one double bed in each room) and 2 bathrooms with showers.

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms (2 single beds in each) and 2 full bathrooms with shower.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool, barbecue and furnished dining area.

Garage for 2-3 cars.

Wifi included in the price.

Central pump air conditioning (hot - cold) included in the price.

No pets allowed.

Youth groups not accepted. The house is rented to families only. Reservations for young people under 35 are not permitted.

Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc within a 3 km radius.

Deposit (credit card imprint): €500.
Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €0.50/day per adult - maximum 7 days).

Pets allowed: €35 per week.
