This holiday home with a fenced pool is nestled in the olive groves in the hills of El Torcal Natural Park. It is an ideal and geographically strategic base for exploring Andalusia: Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, Ronda, Seville. It is located 2 km from the village La Higuera (grocery shop) and 6 km from Villanueva de La Concepcion (all shops).

The villa has a surface area of approximately 250 m2 and consists of a large living room with a fireplace, TV (Spanish), a dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and an en suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and an en suite bathroom. The whole villa is comfortable and nicely decorated.

Outside, you will find a swimming pool, patio, terrace, barbecue, garden, parking and beautiful views of the olive groves.

Possible activities in the area: horse riding, hiking, fishing, climbing, golf, tennis. Visits: El Chorro gorge and lakes, historical monuments of Antequera at 16 km. Beaches at 35 km, Malaga at 40 km, Granada at 100 km, Cordoba at 120 km, Seville at 165 km.

Located on the road from Seville to Granada at the crossroads of the road from Malaga to Cordoba, Antequera is the true heart of Andalusia. It has one of the richest monumental ensembles in Andalusia. 13km to the south, El Torcal is a very spectacular site: over an area of more than 1,000 hectares, the erosion of time and water has given incredible shapes to the rock of this Natural Park formed by a karstic massif of impressive beauty.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels) changed weekly.. Final clean included. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
