About this holiday rental

Sea and calm in Javea, very peaceful vacation villa with private pool located in a residential area in Balcon al Mar, with a nice sea view.

With an area of approximately 110m2, it consists of a living room with tv and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (without dishwasher) with access to the outdoor terrace which is ideal for outdoor dining and to enjoy the beautiful sea views. Two bedrooms complete the set, one with a double bed of 160 and an en suite bathroom and the other with a bunk bed and a bed of 140 for an adult or two small children. Another bathroom is located in the hallway.

All rooms, the living room and the dining room are air-conditioned.

Outside there is a beautiful garden with trees, a nice swimming pool of 8X4... the perfect place to enjoy long afternoons under the sun of the Costa Blanca. Private parking. Supermarket with a butcher's department, cheese shop, tennis court, and restaurants within walking distance.

To the north : Denia at 10 km, Valencia at 118 km.

To the south : Benidorm at 50 km, Alicante at 87 km.

Observations :

Information to be provided upon arrival: copy of passport or identity card for each participant over 14 years old.

The price includes :

The provision of fully equipped accommodation; water, gas and electricity consumption (except heating, air conditioning); maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, internet.

The price does not include :

Breaking deposit of 800 euros not cashable imprint cb or cash.

The following services are to be paid on the spot in cash.
Obligatory service :
Compulsory fixed price cleaning : 120 euros to be paid on the spot in cash
Fixed price of 75 euros per week, for the air-conditioning (compulsory from mid-June to mid-September).

Optional services :
- Linen: beds made on arrival - one large and one small towel per person - two dish towels. It is imperative to make the request before your arrival - 15 euros per person and per stay to be paid on the spot in cash.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay).

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
