About this holiday rental

Walk to the centre of Tamariu from this very well located villa for up to ten people with a beautiful nine-metre long private swimming pool. In a large peaceful garden shaded by sweet-smelling pines. Tamariu beach 450 metres. Bars and restaurants 400 metres. Boat hire centre and bank 500 metres.

There are four steps up to the entrance which has a corridor which serves a triple bedroom and a studio bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. From the same entrance, there are four steps down to a double bedroom and a single bedroom along with a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is the fifth bedroom which is a double with en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with access to a patio at the rear. Laundry room. Large living and dining room with fireplace and access to the garden and patio terrace.

The superb garden is on three levels, the first is the same as the living room. On the second are the pool area and pool house with barbeque. The garden extends along a gentle slope with a play area for children.

The garden is accessible from two different roads and there is parking for two cars.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Tourist tax payable locally 0.45€ per adult (16 years plus) per night, maximum 7 nights. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
