Isolated rural cottage of 300 m² with large gardens (1000 m2) and surrounded by cultivated fields.

It is located on the outskirts of the town of Valls (+/- 4 km), and is very well connected to the main tourist centres in the area. Port Aventura World is 30 km away, the beaches of Salou and Tamarit 25/30 km, Tarragona 18 km and Barcelona +/- 110 km.

The house consists of :

Ground floor: Large living and dining room with fireplace and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges and coffee machine with capsules. 1 toilet.

First floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed. 2 single rooms. 1 single room with 1 bed of 1,35 mt. 1 bathroom with bathtub. 1 bathroom with shower.

Second floor: 1 room with 2 double beds. 1 room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed. 1 bathroom with shower.

The house is ideal for family groups who want to enjoy a few days of peace and quiet. Outside, you can enjoy the 11 m x 6 m swimming pool (fenced), a barbecue area with outdoor furniture, a tennis court and a "chill out" area; to relax and enjoy the quiet nights. The house has a car park.
