Charming, air-conditioned villa with private pool and garden, located 3 km from the centre of Alora, 7 km from the Abdalajis valley and 50 km from Malaga.

The accommodation comprises an air-conditioned living room with fireplace, satellite television, DVD player and hi-fi. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.

There is a large covered terrace which is just perfect for dining outdoors, sheltered from the sun.

The garden is a good size, with a nice pool, lawned areas and mature trees and bushes. There is comprehensive garden furniture.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided (bed linen, shower and hand towels). Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (except heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 100€ cash payable locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
