The upper part is private and remains completely closed during the rental period.

The price does not include :

Mandatory supplements to be paid on site:
At your arrival: the guarantee deposit = 300 € (in cash).
The final cleaning of 110 euros, the gas costs (according to consumption) and electricity (= 0,35 € per Kwh.)

- Possible supplements: rental of linen kit (sheets, pillowcase, towels and tea towels) = 20 € per person per week.
Internet connection: 15 euros per week.
