This beautiful Ibicenca-style villa is located in a residential area where you will find absolute peace and quiet. The property is extremely well equipped and is located close to the shops and the beach.
Suitable for 8-9*people, it comprises a large, tastefully decorated living room, with access to the outside and the swimming pool, very nicely decorated with a slight view of the sea and the surrounding area, this space has a large, beautiful dining table for several people, the adjoining kitchen is of a very high standard and fully equipped.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 with 1 double bed each and the fourth with two single beds, all with en suite shower rooms and air conditioning. Outside, there are a number of areas, including a petanque court, each particularly well thought out, one with a dining area and summer kitchen (sink, barbecue hob, fridge), ibicenca-style relaxation areas ideal for spending wonderful moments with friends or family. The pool area is also very pleasant, with a bar area nearby. The whole complex is particularly comfortable, well-decorated, well-equipped and close to everything (supermarket 1 km away and Arenal beach with its bars and restaurants just 2 km away). * The 9th person must be a child or baby.
