About this holiday rental

Attractive, modern villa with garden and heatable, private swimming pool. Very well located on a hillside within walking distance of the picturesque village of Speloncato 900 metres where there is a local shop, bar and restaurant. Due east of Calvi 37km and south of L’Ile Rouse 19km where there are fabulous beaches. Calvi airport 32km. Bastia airport 85km. Nearest beach 14km.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with patio doors to the terrace. Two double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide bed in each) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) Two of the bedrooms have en suite power shower and washbasin. Bathroom and two separate toilets. Three of the bedrooms have French doors to the side terrace and the fourth has large sliding doors suitable for disabled access. Spa and sauna newly added for 2009. There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and main rooms.

There is plenty of space outdoors and a dining area with electric, retractable awning for shade as required. The terraced areas are all enclosed for child safety. The pool is heated on request (supplement payable) and has a jet stream to facilitate a good swim. This is a relaxing and peaceful spot.

A small path runs from the rear of the villa to the village of Peloncato.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pool heating (on request) supplement payable locally 10€ per day.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
