The upper floor has three twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) of which two have sea views. Two double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide bed in each) both with sea views. Bathroom and toilet.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room opening onto the terrace and garden, with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide matching beds) with sea views. Shower room and separate toilet.

Hot tub (4 - 5 person) in a chalet in the garden.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit payable locally 700€. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
