Villa comprised of two restored, traditional houses taken together, set in over 5 acres of absolutely calm and tranquil woodland with a river where you can fish. Private swimming pool with security alarm for children's safety. In a beautiful elevated setting, the villa is accessed via 600 metres of non-tarmac track. Local shops in the pretty village of Monsac 4km. Bergerac airport 23km.

The first house comprises a fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining room. A gallery with a single bed (1 x 90cm wide bed), two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room and two toilets.

The second house comprises a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. A gallery and three bedrooms. Two double beds (140cm wide), a 120cm wide bed and two 80cm wide bunk beds. Shower room and a toilet.

Well maintained and furnished in a practical and comfortable manner.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable cash deposit payable locally - ask for details. Obligatory end of stay clean payable locally 100€. Linen available for hire 12€ per bed payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
