Large villa set in vast, beautiful grounds with a private swimming pool with paddling pool. Located in the heart of a village within easy striking distance of the major sites of the Dordogne. There are a local shop and restaurant in the village. Sarlat 4km.

The accommodation comprises a vast living and dining room with a huge fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms with three double beds (140cm wide) and four single beds (90cm wide). Bathroom and a shower room.

The bathrooms and kitchen are in excellent order, overall the property is comfortable.

The garden has lots of lawn, a lovely pool and is nice and peaceful.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Linen not available. Obligatory final clean 100€ payable locally. Heating for the house and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
Turist taxe to pay on the spot
