Magnificent “bastide” which has been completely renovated into a superb holiday villa. The house is set in large, peaceful grounds which extend for a number of acres, with a large private swimming pool, private tennis court and lovely views of the countryside. The gite is located near the pretty village of Rognes 5km. Puyricard 5km and Aix en Provence 12km. Beach at Cassis 70km. Marseille airport 44km.

The second floor has a double bedroom (140cm x 190cm bed), bathroom with toilet, large room with billiards table, double bed (140cm x 190cm)  and a single bed (90cm wide).

The first floor has a large living and dining room with home cinema, opening to a south facing terrace overlooking the pool. Large bathroom with toilet. Large double bedroom (140cm x 190cm bed). Fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilet. Large entrance.

The ground floor has a large entrance hall. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with bar, spacious living and dining room with a beautiful fireplace, opening to a large covered terrace overlooking the pool. Double bedroom (140cm x 190cm bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), bathroom and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed), toilet.

The accommodation is elegant and practical, the gardens are lovely with an excellent pool and pool house with summer kitchen and barbeque. "Quick" tennis court. Covered parking for four cars on the property.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Cleaner 2 hours a day for 5 days a week (not weekends). Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally 1000€ (or equivalent) in cash and card details retained for a further 2500€ in the case of damages. Obligatory final cleaning charge payable locally 250€. Tourist taxes to pay on the spot.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
