Magnificent building, provencal mas with private swimming pool "miroir", located in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, with magnificent views of the "Colorado provencal", close to a charming hamlet and all its amenities.

It is an ideal villa, for refined and peaceful holidays, offering a clear view without being isolated, in a universe half Provencal half Basle, its exposed beams and noble materials give it a certain charm. It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with access to the outside and a dining area with table and chair for 9 people, but also a large bright living room very beautifully decorated with TV.

The night area offers a large, beautiful and luminous 70m2 parental suite, with bathroom and king size bed (2mx2m). Two other bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed of 160 and a shower room. The third bedroom "dormitory" is ideal for children, with its three single beds and en-suite shower room.

The exterior of about 2000m2 is divided into two parts, the first one is composed of a large open terrace, and a shady covered part with garden furniture (table, chair, deckchairs), and a magnificent 10x5 secured "mirror" swimming pool. The second also has a shaded area ideal for outdoor dining, but also a pretty garden with trees and grass, a table tennis table and a bowling alley. Parking for several cars.

Minimum stay in july and august : 2 weeks 

In Rustrel, 4 km away, you will find a hostel and a bakery which also serves as a restaurant and grocery store. The nearest main town is Apt at 7 km, a charming little town with many shops, bars and restaurants. Airport Marseille Provence 85 km. Golf and horse riding 5 km away.

The price does not include :

Security deposit 800 euros must be done either by bank card slip to Villas du Monde or by bank transfer.
Tourist taxe to be pay on the spot.
