About this holiday rental

Contemporary luxury villa with a big private pool overlooking the sea with direct access to the beach. Located on the western Peloponesse coast 5 km from the small port of Kyllini which has an excellent choice of restaurants as well as ferry departures for the magnificent islands of Zakynthos and Kefalonia.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² for 10 people, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a light living and dining room with access to the garden along with a modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, Nespresso coffee maker etc.). Shower room with toilet. Double bedroom (160 cm wide bed), private terrace. Separate toilet.

The upper floor has three double bedrooms (160 cm wide bed in each) all with en-suite shower rooms with toilets.

There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms in the villa ORCHIDEE and all have sea views. The interior is nice and modern, very well equipped and comfortable.

The nice flat enclosed grounds cover 1800 m² and there are a large lawn and a twelve-metre-long infinity swimming pool and a nice poolside pergola with built-in barbecue and garden furniture for eating outdoors poolside. There are also loungers for sunbathing and garden furniture for sitting and enjoying a drink whilst admiring the sea views. It is a peaceful setting and the views out to sea are very special.

A twenty-minute drive to really nice beaches where there are very nice sand and sea. Easy access by air via Araxos (40 km), Zakynthos (port 5 km from the airport, crossing 1 hour), Kefalonia (port 20 km, crossing 1:30), Araxos airport (south Patras) 35 km, Kalamata airport 159 km (southern Peloponnese), Athens airport 317 km (3 hours 15 minutes drive ). Castro 5 km. Olympia 55 km.
